Inspired by the countryside of southern France, our mix of the classic Herbes de Provence brings together eight fragrant herbs and botanicals, including aromatic lavender, fennel seeds, sage, and thyme.

A lovely addition to roasted chicken, grilled fish, vegetables, and slow-cooked dishes. Sprinkle it over potatoes with olive oil before roasting, add it to homemade bread, or use it to season a rustic vegetable tart.
